Semplice Pizza al tegamino a Cesena

The pizza is pan-fried so it's very small. Unfortunately I didn't really notice that it said pan pizza or at least I wasn't aware of how big the pizza would be 😂 The pizza dough was very good, but I don't know if it was my choice of ingredients but I didn't like the taste that much. I was taken by the description “Buffalo mousse, anchovies and lemons”. Buffalo mousse practically non-existent (I would have added a little more at various points on the pizza) and in the form of flakes, the lemon peels are raw, not even dried or processed. For me, 11 euros for this pizza was honestly not worth it. It seems to me that there is 0 processing and no particular attention to the ingredients and composition. A bit of a stretch. Service I have a note for you: if you are full or have reservations, don't tell customers that you have room for them to sit if you then accompany them into the room and tell them that they have to sit at a large table for 8 (there were 2 of us) and that shortly other people will have to arrive so they will sit at the table with you. Honestly, one doesn't even feel like saying "ahh... no, well, if that's the case, I'll leave". At least maybe ask if it could be okay, without already assuming that it could be okay. Water 3 euros and it's tap water. The cap and the "mouth" of the bottle encrusted with limestone. There is no cover charge.
